- What kind of products do you carry?
We offer a wide variety of wallpaper, borders, fabric and murals suitable for each and every room in your home. Virtually any pattern/product found in a current Wallpaper Sample Book is available at a very reasonable cost. See our list of Wall Paper Sample Books and Wallpaper Manufacturers.

- Do you carry discontinued merchandise?
In most cases, we are unable to get discontinued patterns. Sometimes however, there is limited stock at our suppliers' warehouse even when a pattern has been discontinued. We do not delete discontinued books from our database for this purpose.
Please understand we are unable to check stock for any pattern prior to placing an order. If you are unable to find the pattern in our database, then we will not be able to get it.
If you are able to locate a discontinued pattern in our system and it allows you to place the order, then the order will be sent to the manufacturer to be filled. If the pattern is discontinued with no stock available, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
If stock is available, your order will be delivered within 7-10 business days. Please understand discontinued merchandise is not returnable.
If you order from a book identified as "DISCONTINUED" and the pattern is discontinued with no stock available, the 9.95 handling fee imposed on all regular orders is non-refundable. When placing an order from a book identified as "DISCONTINUED" with a date older than a year ago, your order will not go through.

- Are these seconds?
No. All of our products are first quality.

- Can I get a sample?
Unless otherwise noted, samples are available on current patterns for $5.00. To order, after entering the quantity, type the word "SAMPLE" in the description field, then click "GO". If a pattern is discontinued, samples are unavailable even if there is stock available.

- Does the price vary based on quantity?

- What is the difference between a single roll and a double roll?
A single roll of wallpaper covers approximately 27 square feet. A double roll contains twice that amount on one roll. In most cases, wallpaper is sold in double rolls only.

- Why do you give prices per single roll if they are sold in double rolls only?
This is a standard in the wallpaper industry. The retail list price printed in the manufacturers' wallpaper sample books are per single roll, therefore we price our items to help you compare the savings. However, wallpaper needs to be ordered in even quantities (2, 4, 6, 8, etc.), since the manufacturer sells them in double rolls only. Border is priced and sold in single 5 yard spools unless stated otherwise.

- When will you tell me if it is on back order?
If there is a back order that extends the expected turnaround time of 7-10 business days, we will notify you via email and give you the opportunity to cancel your order for full credit.

- What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover) or in special cases, through PayPal. Email carrie at wallpapertrends.com if PayPal is preferred. We also accept money orders, however no business or personal checks are accepted.

- When is my credit card charged?
Credit cards are charged at the time of order. If there is a cancellation, we will promptly issue the appropriate credit.

- Do I have to pay sales tax?
Orders shipped to Virginia will be charged a sales tax of 5%. This charge is added to the order when the order is submitted.

- Do you sell outside the USA?
No. We only sell within the USA. The ship to address must be in the USA. The credit card must have a USA bill to address.

SHIPPING
- How long does it take to get here?
Items are usually shipped within 48 hours of ordering and should arrive within 7-10 business days. If there is a known delay, we will notify you within two business days. If we do not hear from you, we will assume that you have received your order. While you have a right to check on an order at any time, we request that you wait two weeks before inquiring. You may receive an Instant Order Status Report at anytime.

- Can I pay to get it quicker?
Yes. UPS or FEDEX 2nd Day Air is available for a minimum shipping charge of $20. This does not mean the order will arrive within two days of your placing the order. But rather, when the manufacturer ships the item, usually within 2 business days of your placing the order, the shipping method will be 2nd day as opposed to ground delivery.
If you live in the northeast, the normal time (once order is shipped) is 2 to 3 days. If you live in Texas or the west coast, it takes about 5-8 business days.

- Are there any shipping charges?
Unless specified otherwise, all orders totaling $500 or more, ship FREE of any additional charges. Samples also ship FREE. Orders under $500 are charged a flat $9.95 processing fee. There are no other additional charges for your order. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, we only ship by second day air and those charges will apply.

- Do you ship COD?
No. We do not accept COD.

- Do you provide tracking numbers?
We do not normally get tracking numbers until at least a day or two after the merchandise is shipped. We deal with a number of major suppliers and each has their own system. If you do not get your order within two weeks or if there is a scheduled shipping date that is passed by more than a week, we will track your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
- Are there any charges if I have to cancel my order?
If we are able to cancel the order before an item ships, then there is no cancellation fee. Once the item has shipped, you may refuse the package OR return it within 30 days of receipt, provided the rolls are unopened, but there is a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us first before making any returns. Please understand if you refuse an item, there will be a delay in refund due to the need to verify receipt of the refused package.

- What if I get the wrong pattern or if it is damaged?
If you receive the pattern due to an error on our part, we will promptly exchange it for the correct pattern or issue you a full refund, provided the item is returned within 30 days of receipt and the rolls are unopened. If the package is damaged in shipment, keep the original packaging and contact us for return instructions. If you receive a wrong item due to your error, we will certainly exchange it for you or issue a credit whichever you prefer. However, in this case there is a 25% restocking fee to return the item.

- Can I return overage for credit?
Yes. Unopened double rolls of wallpaper and unopened bolts of border are returnable within 30 days of shipment with a 25% restocking fee. Please contact us for return instructions. Opened rolls are not returnable. Unopened rolls are not returnable after 30 days have passed from shipment.

- How do I return something?
Contact Us to obtain return authorization. We will give simple return instructions at that time along with the return address to ship it to.

- What if I haven't gotten my credit yet?
For returns, please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive the item back. Otherwise, please allow 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement (if paid via Credit Card). If you have not received credit by then, contact us and we check into it right away.
